Coating Juice/Molecular Berry is a mass produced product based on Spherification, one of the most popular Molecular Gastronomy practice.
Inspired by the Spherification theory, we created
Coating Juice/Molecular Berry through a naturally composed wrap with Sodium Alginate (extracted from seaweed), which contains Calcium liquid.
The liquid forms a stable sphere on the outside
but contains juice (or liqueur) on the inside.

Shelf Life information
Shelf Life for Unsealed Package after production could
retain up to 18 months. Product could be stored under
room temperature in dry enviroment while keeping away
the direct sunlight.
Shelf Life after opening the package could retain up to
30 days. The proper way of preseving the product is:
Remain the Coating Juice/Molecular Berry in its original
package, or at least within its original preserving liquid,
then refrigerate it.
To enjoy the product with most quality, please consume
Coating Juice/Molecular Berry soon after opening
the package.
